I bought 3 vouchers for "luxury" manicures and pedicures for myself and 2 friends. We were all beyond disappointed with every part of the service we received.   • Bad Groupon Experience - yet AGAIN



    They oversubscribe a massage offer. Called and emailed the provider for months. Asked Groupon to check if the company was still open. Finally reached someone and was told that they no longer are accepting the Groupon deals and that they prefer to refund all services. They had their entire staff leave due to the low return on the deal. Groupon takes 50% of each deal, and then they have tons of people purchase it.   • Vibro Plate Deal



    Sept 2011 I paid Groupon £399 for there Vibro Plate Deal.The machine was to be delivered from Health Clubs At Home.After three and half months of being fobbed off by the company I still had not recieved my machine so I cancelled it!It is now Feb 2012 and I still have not got the refund from Groupon.Health Clubs At Home refunded the delivery charge the rest they said will come from Groupon.I do not know what to do next,anybody out there can help!     I purchased 4 helicopters through Groupon and put them away for Christmas gifts. At Christmas we discovered one of these were faulty, we contacted extreme fliers directly and got no reply, we then contacted Groupon to see if they could resolve the problem. Groupon replied within a few days to say extreme fliers had told them they are email had been forwarded to someone who was on holiday and sent a link for replacement parts.     Christmas lights voucher purchased through Groupon.2 months on £20 lighter and 18 emails to the distribution company and about 8 to Groupon.   • GROUPON IGNORES CUSTOMERS.



    I purchased Christmas lights (for 2011,(HO HO HO!!) through Groupon. Two months later and approx 18 emails to what I think is the distributing company,plus about 8 emails and numerous phone calls..on hold. I have no item and I am £20 out of pocket. What I do have is experience of about the most appalling "customer care" I have known.This lack of arrival of goods amounts to stealing.Why are Groupon not being taken to task over it and why are trading standards ignoring it??? Try putting your customers first, over profit and moneygrabbing, I will not use your services again, although you will be hearing from me again and again if my product does not turn up pronto!!!
